New Year's Day Fun Fly
Gallatin Eagles Field 10:00 AM
Prove you are an all weather pilot and bring the new year in with some airtime. Chili and hot chocolate will be served. Celebrate New Years Eve in moderation and come join us. Mount some skis on the plane and have fun!

Floatplanes also work exceptionally well on the snow.

At the flying field. Military-themed aircraft preferred, but ALL are welcome.Pay tribute to the United States Armed Forces, & display your air superiority.

Weather predicted to be sunny & warm, 80 degrees. We'd like to start as soon as

possible before it becomes too hot.
We have all necessary supplies, we just need willing workers. Emphasis will be on staining, repairing tables, weed eating and mowing.

And of course bring a plane so we can have fun after the work is finished.

Note: For safety reasons, absolutely no flying while work on the field is in progress.

A national-level sanctioned event.

At the flying field. Registration 8:30am, combat begins 9am.
$30 fee.
Free pilots lunch. $5 for spectators.

All AMA and RCCA rules followed. Hardhats mandatory for pilots,

judges, and support personnel.
If you intend to participate, please pre-register.

Volunteers needed for judging. No experience necessary.

No regular meeting, just an "Appreciation Brunch" as a way to say thanks to the wives, friends, and significant others who support us in our hobby.

Come early, or stay after the meal & enjoy some flying.
