Flying Times & Noise Regulations
 

Electric powered aircraft.
No restrictions. Fly when you want. Any time, any day, all year.

Gas or glow powered aircraft:
Monday through Friday - no flying before 7:30 AM.   No flying after 9:00 PM.
Saturday & Sunday - no flying before 9:00 A.M.   No flying after 9:00 PM.                  
Summertime (May 1st  - August 31st)  No flying after 9:00 PM
Wintertime (Sept 1st - April 30th)  No flying after sunset.

Noise regulations:
If your plane has stock exhaust and can pass the AMA's 90 db @ 9 foot rule,
you will be allowed to fly within the normal times posted above.

For aircraft with modified exhaust systems (i.e. mousse can mufflers, non-muffled tuned pipes,  open exhaust systems) flying is permitted only between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. every day of the week.
